Southern & Northern Ireland, Islands - Client is responsible for organisation and shipment cost to his Island (e.g. the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight);
Please note that our items are delivered by only one person - our driver. It is necessary for another person to assist with carrying goods from the car to your house/office. If you wish one of our staff members to be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver with carrying, please let us know, so we can arrange it.

We will notify you of the delivery date by call/ email. If for some reason, you cannot accept delivery you must let us know straight away after notification. Otherwise we reserve the right to additional charge for rescheduling delivery.
It is customer's responsibility to ensure that ordered goods can be delivered to its final destination. It is required to make sure that doors, corridors and rooms are big enough for the goods to pass through.
Our drivers always make sure that transported goods are in a good condition. However, we cannot take responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.
Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any other reason than "goods damaged in transit" will be charged with delivery costs: £50 for sofas, beds and wardrobes up to 250cm length and £50 for sofas and wardrobes over 250cm length.
